Help Us Make the Boys and Girls Club of Vista's 15th Annual Dimond Ball Gala a Success!
We’re seeking dedicated volunteers to assist with various roles at our 15th Annual Dimond Ball Gala. Join us to support event logistics and ensure a seamless and memorable experience for all.
Available position include:
- Gala Prep Crew 2/25/2025 3:00 p.m. -6:00 p.m. Prepare Silent Auction Baskets, Checklist, and Decor.
- Early Bird Set-Up Crew 10:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Prepare the venue for the event.
- Regular Set-Up Crew 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m. Prepare the venue for the event.
- Registration 4:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. Assist with guest check-in.
- Silent Auction 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. Assist with pulling all bid sheets and organizing by winning bidder numbers.
- Event Breakdown 9:30 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. Help with post-event clean-up and breakdown.
We will host a volunteer prep session prior to the event to go over the day of logistics.
